Vincent Salvatoriello is a seasoned design and construction professional with extensive experience in the New York City market as well as throughout North America. His 30 plus year career has been built on continuous improvement in mechanical engineering, engineering management, construction and program management. He is a firm believer in “Building Smart Solutions”, constantly pursuing improved methodologies and techniques that enhance productivity and efficiency while making use of the most current technology and processes.
A combination of practical and academic experience, organizational involvement, and a commitment to mentoring have all contributed to Vincent’s leadership in the industry. He has cultivated relationships working alongside many nationally and internationally prominent architects and engineers. He understands their methodology and possesses a keen appreciation for design intent and creativity but never loses sight of critical building functionality and cost imperatives. In addition, his experience encompasses a wide range of projects in both the public and private sectors where he has represented owners and construction managers. As a result, he has developed a great ability to lead design teams through a diverse array of projects and has a history of bringing tremendous value to the overall process.
Vincent approaches all projects with the firm belief that corporate strategic goals and initiatives must tie directly into an overall business plan and that stated goals must be evaluated on a regular basis to ensure progress and compliance with project objectives. He takes a global perspective while not ignoring the very specific details of each issue. Over the course of his career he has commanded increasing levels of responsibility and accountability, allowing him to manage very large projects, in excess $400M in construction value.
Vincent holds degrees in Mechanical Engineering Technology (BS, New Jersey Institute of Technology), Engineering Management (MS, New Jersey Institute of Technology) and Construction Management (Ph. D, Stevens Institute of Technology) as well as an Executive degree from the Wharton School of Business. He has safety certifications from OSHA and the US Army Corps of Engineers and holds a Green Belt in Lean Design for Healthcare Construction.
