Greg Coady is part of the executive team responsible for the company’s overall growth and financial health. He provides leadership for the firm’s financial activities, as well as audit, risk management, corporate planning and strategy.

From Skyline’s inception, Greg has provided management direction for the firm’s most notable projects. Greg focuses on critical issues facing the company and long-term business and strategic initiatives. Greg executes and oversees all day to day functions by maintaining and enhancing the existing processes and procedures. Real estate development and expansion of Skyline and its subsidiaries holdings is always a primary focus.

Prior to Skyline, Greg most recently served as a consultant to a technology startup whose valuation was $100+ million. Greg studied political science at Baruch College and attended various executive programs at NYU Schack Institute of Real Estate and the Wharton School of Business.
